These terms describe the review-request text message program operated by Claire Avenue, LLC ("Claire Avenue," "we," "us") for local business clients. By opting in to receive texts, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Program description
Claire Avenue helps local businesses collect and respond to Google reviews. After you visit one of our client businesses and agree to receive texts, we send a text on that business's behalf asking for your honest feedback, with a link to the business's Google review page. We send one request per visit and no more than one reminder. Messages come from Claire Avenue and name the business you visited.
How you opt in
You opt in at the client business, on its online sign-up or check-in form or on an in-person check-in form, by checking a box that is not pre-checked and that describes this program. See an example on our SMS consent page. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Age requirement
This text message program is for people 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will stop and delete that person's information.
Message frequency
Up to two messages per visit (one request and at most one reminder), plus a single confirmation if you opt out or ask for help.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Claire Avenue does not charge recipients.
Opt out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts from that program. If you texted a business directly, you can also tell that business you no longer wish to be contacted.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Your information
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described here. We do not sell it, and mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
